- Hepatosplenomegalie
- RT
- Husten
- Haut
- miliare Dermatitis
- periphere Lymphadenopathie,
Diagnose
- Zytologie
- Leber, Milz, Lnn, Darm
- viele Eos
Differentialdiagnose
- IBD
- eosinophile Leukämie
- malignes Lymphom
Therapie
- hochdosiert Prednisolon 3-6 mg/kg/d p.o.
- Prognose vorsichtig bis schlecht und oft Rückfälle
