Diagnose
- Knochenmarksbiopsie: eine Panzytopenie und eine nichtregenerative Anämie ist eine Indikation
Therapie
- symtomatisch:
- Blut-/Thrombozytentransfusion
- immunsuppresive Therapie: Prednisolon, Zytostatika
- chron. Formen sind von der Prognose eher ungünstig
