- Verdacht hepatische Enzephalopathie mit normalen Blutammoniakwerten
- Verdacht PSS
Durchführung
- Serum präprandial nach 12 Stunden Nahrungskarenz
- Serum postprandial 2 Stunden nach Fütterung
Ergebnis
- <22 µmol/l: eingeschränkte Leberfunktion unwahrscheinlich
- 12-25 µmol/l: Präprandial postprandial abwarten; Graubereich postprandial wiederholen
- >25 µmol/l: Hinweis auf eingeschränkte Leberfuktion
- >80 µmol/l: erst ab diesem Wert lt. Pe für PSS verdächtig
