Ikterus

Ursache

Gelbfärbung durch erhöhte Konzentration von Bilirubin im Blut
Bilirubin ist in allen Fällen im Blut erhöht. Ist Bilirubin erhöht ohne Ikterus – kommt noch, da es 2 Tage bis ins Gewebe braucht. Die Sklera ist sehr sensibel für Ikterus.

Auslöser		FIP Sepsis massive Ausschüttung von Tumornekrosefaktoren: Lymphom Leberlipidose Cholangiohepatitis	massive Cholestase sekundär bei Pankreatitis
Häufigkeit	15%	80%	5%
Diagnose	HKT erniedrigt extravasal: Plasma nicht rötlich	ALT, AP, Gallensäuren (AST, GLDH bringen nichts)	nur BIL↑, HKT und Gallensäuren sind normal
