Ursache
- Ktz und Jungtiere sehr empfindlich (ab 10 mg/kg toxische Symptome)
- Folgen sind Leberinsuffizienz und zu Beginn Methämoglobinbildung
Therapie
- Erbrechen
- Aktivkohle
- Antidot N-Acetylcystein: initial 140 mg/kg i.v. – dann alle 6 Std 70 mg/kg für 3 Tage
- Antidot Vitamin C: 30 mg/kg p.o. oder i.v. 6mal im Abstand von 6 Stunden
