• US Abdomen: Gastrinome sind klein und meist nicht darstellbar
• CT ein bisschen sensitiver als US

• OP ist selten kurativ wegen hohen Metastasierungsrate
• Medis: H2-Rezeptor-Antagonist, Protonenpumpen-Inhibitor

• bei Diagnose bei 85% schon Metastasen
• MÜZ 18 Monate
