Ursache
- Überempfindlichkeistreaktion: erhöhte Permeabilität Darmwand → AG aus Lumen in Mucosa → Entzündungsreatktion
- Störung der TLR´s: Störung der angeborenen Immunantwort
Symtome
- Gewichtsverlust
- Erbrechen & DF (intermittierend)
Diagnose
- Blutbild, -chemie, T4 (bei älteren Ktz), FeLV/FIV, Parasiten
- Ausschlussdiät für 3 – 4 Wo
- Definitive Diagnose durch Biopsie
Therapie
- Diät
- ± Metronidazol
- ± Prednisolon
