• Knochenmarksbiopsie: eine Panzytopenie und eine nichtregenerative Anämie ist eine Indikation

• symtomatisch:
  • Blut-/Thrombozytentransfusion
• immunsuppresive Therapie: Prednisolon, Zytostatika
• chron. Formen sind von der Prognose eher ungünstig
