  * Heparin stärkt die Funktion von Antithrombin III à wenn durch PLN Antithrombin III verloren geht ist Heparin wertlos
  * Auch Ca erniedrigt, da dies zu 50% an ALB gebunden ist. Bei PLN wird ALB verloren, bei PLE wird ALB und GLOB verloren.
