===== Ursache =====

Knochenmark ist hypo- / aplastisch

  * Infekt
      * Parvovirus
      * Bakterien, Rickettsien (Ehrlichien, chron. Infekte)
      * Leishmanien
  * Medis, Toxine
  * ionisiernde Strahlung
  * idiopathisch

===== Diagnose =====

  * Knochenmarksbiopsie: eine Panzytopenie und eine nichtregenerative Anämie ist eine Indikation

===== Therapie =====

  * symtomatisch:
      * Blut-/Thrombozytentransfusion
  * immunsuppresive Therapie: Prednisolon, Zytostatika
  * chron. Formen sind von der Prognose eher ungünstig
