  * Überempfindlichkeistreaktion: erhöhte Permeabilität Darmwand → AG aus Lumen in Mucosa → Entzündungsreatktion
  * Störung der TLR´s: Störung der angeborenen Immunantwort

===== Symtome =====

  * Gewichtsverlust
  * Erbrechen & DF (intermittierend)

===== Diagnose =====

  * Blutbild, -chemie, T4 (bei älteren Ktz), FeLV/FIV, Parasiten
  * Ausschlussdiät für 3 – 4 Wo
  * Definitive Diagnose durch Biopsie

===== Therapie =====

  * Diät
  * ± Metronidazol
  * ± Prednisolon
