===== Ursache =====

  * meist ältere Ktz
  * eosinophile Infiltration von Knochenmark, Milz, Leber, Darm, Lnn. usw.

===== Symptome =====

  * GIT
      * deutliche Verdickung der Darmwand
      * hgr. manchmal nicht behandelbarer DF (auch blutig)
      * Hepatosplenomegalie
  * RT
      * Husten
  * Haut
      * miliare Dermatitis
  * periphere Lymphadenopathie,

===== Diagnose =====

  * Zytologie
      * Leber, Milz, Lnn, Darm
      * viele Eos

===== Differentialdiagnose =====

  * IBD
  * eosinophile Leukämie
  * malignes Lymphom

===== Therapie =====

  * hochdosiert Prednisolon 3-6 mg/kg/d p.o.
  * Prognose vorsichtig bis schlecht und oft Rückfälle
